RESULTS

-         Preliminary slips are available for collection at school.

-          

QUERIES

-       Payment has been confirmed as Bdos $60.00 per subject.

-          The process for querying:

o   Request a draft at the bank.

o   Draft must be made out B/O (Your name).

o   Draft is made out to The Registrar, Caribbean Examinations Council.

o   The amount on the draft must reflect the fee per subject in Bdos dollars.

o   Return the draft to the School office by Monday 27 2018 by 1.30pm.

o   Retain the receipt of the draft for your records.

Applications 2018

The deadline for ALL applications and supporting documents is Tuesday 21 August 2018 at 12.30pm.

 

ü  Internal students must submit:

1.       Neatly completed Application Form available from the school office.

2.       Copy of Preliminary Slip. If the Ministry of Education has not yet issued these slips, the downloaded slip from the CXC website or a clear screenshot may be used.

 

ü  External students must submit:

1.       Neatly completed Application Form available from the school office.

2.       Completed Transfer Form signed by the Principal/ delegate.

3.       Copy of Preliminary Slip issued by CXC. If the Ministry of Education has not yet issued these slips, the downloaded slip from the website or a clear screenshot may be used but it must be certified by their school.

4.       Recommendation from previous school.

 A student requiring consultation is advised to come between the hours of 9:30 am- 11:30 am.

You are advised to check the Noticeboard located by the School’s Library on Thursday 23 August to determine if you have been accepted into the Sixth Form programme. Please avoid phoning the office.  Please also note that the Ministry of Education must approve the list of accepted candidates before it becomes final.

If your name is on the list, please collect a package from the office on Thursday 23rd August 2018 by 1.00pm. You must bring the completed package to Sixth Form Orientation/Registration tentatively carded for Wednesday 29 August 2018 at 8.30am.
